Professor Dalbir Singh Grewal was appointed as Chief of Department of E.N.T at Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, one of the foremost public medical colleges in India. During his 18 years of service, he had conducted numerous surgical workshops, and organized various national conferences. He also authored a surgical atlas and numerous international academic publications.
