FAQ

Can I be eligible for wavier on article process charge (APC)?

The APC of the article is accepted as part of the article submission process, and is not subjected to change. Any concessions or discounts must be discussed prior to the submission of the article. The waiver request will be considered on a case-to-case basis, and will be provided considering different criteria. The waiver requests will not be entertained after the processing of the manuscript.

When should I pay?

The corresponding author or the paying institutions should arrange for the payment once they are notified regarding the acceptance of the article. This could be exempted in cases where a wavier agreement has been made prior to submission. We request an immediate attention towards the payment as the articles will not be published unless the charges have been paid.

How do I pay?

Once a manuscript is accepted, the editorial office will be providing you with all the details regarding the procedures and the required information. Authors and institutions can make the payments in three modes or ways, whichever is more convenient.

  • Card payment (Stripe). This mode of payment can be done online using a secure payment form: Stripe.
  • Paypal.  Payment can be made with PayPal.
  • Wire/Bank transfer. The corresponding author should contact the financial office of the publisher for the invoice of the bank transfer upon the acceptance of the article. The payee must send the scanned copy of the payment receipt to the publisher when the payment procedure has been completed. The author will receive an acknowledgement email when the payment has been received.

Note: No taxes are included in this charge. Applicable taxes will depend on the tax policies of the payee’s country. Additional transaction charges may be levied on the author as required.

Do I have to pay if my manuscript is rejected?

No. Article processing charges will not be applicable for the articles rejected by the Editorial office.
